COOKIE POLICY

HB Flipbook uses a limited number of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies to operate the service, remember preferences and measure publication engagement.

Essential / functional storage

HB Flipbook uses browser storage for functions such as:

  • maintaining authentication and sign-in
  • remembering sidebar and interface state
  • remembering active workspace
  • remembering selected billing currency
  • returning users to the correct page after an upgrade
  • viewer session counting
  • remembering viewer interface hints
  • authorized admin and support functionality

Some functionality may not work properly if essential browser storage is disabled.

Analytics

HB Flipbook's built-in publication analytics use a random per-visit session identifier to measure publication and page activity.

HB Flipbook itself does not currently enable a global advertising tracker.

Publisher-enabled tracking

Individual publishers may choose to enable their own:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel

on their publications.

When enabled, those third-party services may set their own cookies or collect information according to their own policies.

These optional tools are controlled by the publisher.
