How to Track Leads from a Flipbook

Short answer

Once a lead capture form is on (Pro and above), every submission appears on the publication's Leads tab and on the Leads page for your whole workspace. From the Leads page you can filter by publication, mark each lead's status and export to CSV.

Where leads appear

  • Publication → Leads tab — name, email, company and when each lead was captured, for one flipbook.
  • Leads page — every lead in the workspace, filterable by publication and status.

Organise and follow up

  • Set a status on each lead — Contacted, Qualified, Converted or Archived — to keep track of follow-up.
  • Use Export CSV to take leads into a spreadsheet or upload them to another tool.
  • Turn on Settings → Lead notifications to email chosen people whenever a new lead arrives.

Send leads to other tools

On Business, open a flipbook's Integrations tab and use Automations to send events to Zapier, Make, n8n, your CRM or a team chat channel. If you've connected GA4, lead events are also sent there on any plan with lead capture.
