Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes password protection?
Starter, Pro and Business.
What can visitors see before entering the password?
Only the cover. The other pages, and the PDF download if you've allowed one, stay locked until the correct password is entered.
How do I change or remove the password?
Type a new password into the same field to replace it, or press Remove password to make the flipbook open to anyone with the link.
Will it show on my Public Page?
Not by default. Password-protected flipbooks only appear there if you turn on both the workspace setting in Public Page and Display on public publisher page for that flipbook — and even then visitors see the cover and a password prompt.
